At 23, I left Pennsylvania and moved to Orange County, California. At the time, I didn't fully understand why. I only knew that something needed to change.

I had spent years searching for direction, changing majors, exploring different paths, and trying to figure out who I was becoming. Looking back, I wasn't searching for a career.

I was searching for myself.

Years later, loss, fatherhood, and working with young people struggling with mental health and substance use deepened that understanding. They forced me to confront responsibility, time, and what it means to live deliberately rather than by default.

Thrive or Die grew from those experiences.

Today, I help men get clear on what's holding them back and build a path forward.
